In the US the manufacturers are required to make the workshop manual and/or other diagnostic/repair info available to non-franchised dealers and independents at a reasonable cost. So Audi contracted the distribution to Bentley as they are the main supplier of such info in the US. Problem is in Europe we don't have freedom of information act like they do in US, so there is no equivalent info available - and Haynes won't do one as 'there isn't sufficient demand'.
There are the pirate copies off eBay of the actual Audi discs and not surprisingly they are very similar to the Bentley ones (since the source data is the same) but cover the EU models. However caveat emptor on these as I have heard of many being ripped off with unusable CDs.
